good location , but breakfast needs improvement
The location is fantastic, just steps away from the metro station for easy access to the city center. My room was quiet and offered a decent selection of amenities like a toothbrush and shaving razor. The 24-hour reception staff were friendly.
The breakfast was reasonable, but not the best experience I had.

Modern and exceptionally comfortable accommodation with favourable setting right by the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium, the Center of the city, and the Estrecho metro station, whose line crosses the centre of Madrid and leads directly to the Sol and Gran Via stations, for example.

What I like in this hotel is service, all the friendly stuff and clean room. Also good value breakfast.
I guess isolation isn't for the favor, I could hear my neighbours. But, no problem for sleeping.

The location is particularly good, and the area is nice local steps away from bars and a stadium...

Friendly staff made my stay more comfortable.
The room was uncomfortably small, and I found the bedding hard. The breakfast options were limited and not replenished in time, leaving me without decent choices. The noise from the busy street outside was disruptive, compromising my sleep quality.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the hotel was located directly next to the Metro, which made traveling very convenient.
There was barely enough space to place my luggage, but other than that, everything was good for me.

The breakfast buffet offers great value at five euros per day with enough variety to satisfy most tastes. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, and there's a charming church visible right outside, which adds character to the area.
The rooms are quite tiny. Some travelers might find the hard bed uncomfortable, a challenge for me . The air conditioning was inaccessible, requiring a call to adjust the temperature-definitely a hassle. Parking access can be tricky with tight spaces, so be prepared for some careful maneuvering.

Very close to the Bernabeu Stadium, our visit was mainly to watch the great Real Madrid play, and with easy access to the city centre with the Metro, which is within walking distance from the Hotel.
We were in room 106 overlooking the main street and it was a bit noisy at night, especially the bleebing of the traffic lights even with the windows closed. Having said that I intend to visit Madrid again and would gladly book at the same hotel but in a different room, preferably at back.

the stuff was really helpfull, the location is great (especially if you come to santiago bernabeu), the room is a little small, but comfortuble, and very clean.
the exta bad in our room was small, and kept mooving all the time. there is no mini bar in the room.

We walked to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium and enjoyed exploring local shops. The hotel is close to a metro line. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking rates were reasonable. Definitely recommend this place!
One downside was finding that the air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively . It was locked and couldn't be adjusted, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful time with friends here! The breakfast buffet is a steal at just 5 euros, and I loved the powerful shower that really got me going in the morning. One minor thing to note is that the parking garage can be a bit tricky to navigate, but it's manageable-just take your time 😊

The hotel is quite clean and neat. Very nearby to the Metro so easy to get access to the city center. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Just a bit noisy at night since there were other guests arriving late at night. The wall is quite thin i guess so I was woken up sometimes due to the noise.
